Terms and Conditions

  1.  THE PROMOTER & PRIZE ADMINISTRATOR 
    1. This is a joint promotion by Inspired Pet Nutrition Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 02495237 at registered office Dalton Airfield, Topcliffe, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3HE and TJ Morris Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 01505036 at registered office Portal Way, Axis Business Park, Gillmoss, Liverpool, L11 0JA, United Kingdom. 
    2. The prize administrator is Inspired Pet Nutrition, registered in England and Wales under company number 02495237 at registered office Dalton Airfield, Topcliffe, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3HE 
  2. ELIGIBILITY 
    1. The promotion is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over only, excluding: 
    2. (a) employees of the Promoters or their holding or subsidiary companies. 
    3. (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoters or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration. 
    4. (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above 
  3. THE PROMOTION 
    1. The title of the promotion is ‘Home Bargains 50th birthday x Harringtons WIN A DOG FRIENDLY BREAK’  
    2. The promotional period will open at 09:00 BST on 17 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30 June 2026  (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. 
    3. No purchase necessary. 
  4. ENTRY 
    1. To enter the prize draw, entrants must scan the QR code printed on the in-store marketing point-of-sale in Home Bargains stores and complete the online entry form, submitting details: full name, email address, postal address, dog name, dog date of birth, and opt in to receive marketing communications from Harringtons. Opting in is mandatory to enter the competition and entrants may update preferences or opt out at any time.
    2. Entrants must select the ‘I agree’ to terms and conditions tick box.  
    3. Maximum of one (1) entry per person, for the entirety of the promotion. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule will be disqualified. 
    4. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. 
    5. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected form details will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for sign-ups delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. 
  5. PRIZE DETAILS 
    1. There are a total of ten (10) x £500 Red Letter Days Gift Vouchers available to be won across the entire promotional period, which will be drawn at the close of the promotion. 
    2. Vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book a break or experience from an extensive range, via the Red Letter Days website https://redletterdays.co.uk. Options include a variety of dog friendly breaks, but winners may choose to use their voucher against any available break or experience. 
    3. Vouchers are valid until the expiry date printed on the voucher. 
    4. Vouchers can either be used as part payment towards higher priced experience(s) or full payment on any experience(s) of equal or lower value. If the user selects something of lower value then they will be sent a credit voucher to use at a future date. 
    5. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No refund or change will be given. 
    6. Vouchers should be kept safe and treated as cash. If this voucher is lost, stolen or damaged it cannot be replaced. 
    7. Terms and conditions for breaks and experiences will differ - Please carefully read the terms and conditions and any restrictions associated with your chosen activity or gift before ordering, as these will apply. 
    8. Money vouchers cannot be used to purchase special offer products or in conjunction with discount codes. 
    9. Moonpig.com - parent company of Red Letter Days reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. Statutory rights are not affected.  
    10. Vouchers will be sent by Red Letter Days and delivered within 28 days of the prize being awarded. 
    11. All prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. 
  6. WINNER NOTIFICATION 
    1. The winners will be selected via a random draw, from all valid sign-ups made via the online entry form, within 5 working days of the closing date. 
    2. The winners will receive a winning confirmation email (the “Winning Confirmation Email”), sent to the email address provided at the time of entry. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. 
    3. The winners will be notified by email via the email address provided on entry up to 7 working days after the close date 30.06.26. If no reply is received, winners will be contacted via a further email sent after 7 days. If any winner does not respond within 14 days to the initial Winning Confirmation email, or is ineligible or rejects their prize, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat for three months after which the prize will be null and void. 
    4. The winners will receive their prize via the postal address provided on entry within 28 days of prize claim being verified and awarded. 
    5. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when signing-up and on acceptance of the prize.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. 
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
    1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prize and/or the use of the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
  8. DATA PROTECTION 
    1. By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided may be held and used by the Promoter, its agents, or suppliers for the administration of this promotion and where consent has been provided, for marketing purposes. You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time. Personal data will continue to be processed where necessary for the administration of the promotion and to comply with legal obligations. 
    2. Entrants’ personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available here https://www.harringtonspetfood.com/pages/privacy-policy.

    4. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 
  9. GENERAL 
    1. The Promoter will make available the prize winners surnames and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details up to three months after the closing date of this promotion. Winners may object to or limit the disclosure of their details by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter may nevertheless provide winner information to the ASA or other regulators where required. The names and counties of residence of the promotion prize winners will be available by sending a correctly stamped envelope/postcard addressed to: Home Bargains Promotions Team, C/O Activation Team, Inspired Pet Nutrition Ltd, Dalton Airfield, Topcliffe, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3HE. 
    2. Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable marketing and promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) associated with the promotion. 
    3. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion and refuse to award the prize or withdraw prize entitlement. 
    4. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 
    5. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 
    6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which the entrant must provide within 7 days of request. 
    7. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent sign-up to the competition. 
    8. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. 
    9. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered. 
    10. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within. 
    11. The Terms and Conditions of this promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
