Next-day Delivery

We use DPD’s tracked parcel services to deliver orders across mainland Great Britain (England/Wales/Scotland) and islands of Scotland.

For majority of the country, we offer next‑day delivery 7-days a week when you order by the cut‑off times below.

Cut-off times for next day delivery

• Mon–Fri: order by 7:00 PM
• Sat–Sun: order by 2:00 PM

Note

• We offer our next-day delivery service as a best-effort, but it's not a guarantee. Occasionally deliveries may take longer, such as during peak sale periods or due to unforeseen events (e.g. a local issue en-route to your address, congestion or severe weather).

Bank Holidays

Unfortunately we’re unable to offer despatch or delivery on bank holidays. If you place an order on one of these days, it will be despatched on the next working day.

No delivery on Sundays (for the areas listed below)

Unfortunately, we currently can’t offer delivery on Sundays for the following postcode areas:

This includes areas such as Newport, Cowes and East Cowes, Ryde, Bembridge, Sandown, Shanklin, Ventnor, Freshwater, Yarmouth and surrounding areas.

Orders placed after the cut‑off time on Friday for these locations will be delivered on Monday instead.

No delivery on Weekends (for the areas listed below)

Unfortunately, we can’t offer delivery on Saturdays or Sundays for the following postcode areas:

AB30 1, AB30 9

This includes areas such as parts of south Aberdeenshire around Laurencekirk and nearby rural areas.

Orders placed after the cut‑off time on Thursday for these locations will be delivered on Monday instead.

Extended delivery times (2–5 working days & weekday deliveries only for the areas listed below):

This includes areas such as Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire; areas north and west of Stirling; Inverness, the Highlands and the Isle of Skye; the Isles of Arran and Cumbrae; Caithness, Sutherland and the Orkney Islands; Argyll & Bute and the Inner Hebrides (including Islay, Jura, Mull, Iona, Tiree and Coll); Highland Perthshire through to Fort William and the Small Isles; the Isles of Scilly; the Outer Hebrides (Lewis, Harris, Uist, Benbecula, Barra and Vatersay); and the Shetland Islands.

If you live in one of these areas, your order may take between 2-5 days to arrive and deliveries can only be made on weekdays.

Areas we don’t deliver to

Currently, we only deliver to mainland Great Britain and Scottish Islands.

We do not currently offer delivery to:

• Northern Ireland
• Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)
• Isle of Man

Order & Weight Limits

Our service is for domestic use only. The following limits apply:

• Orders must not exceed 155kg in total weight
• You can purchase a maximum of 15 units of each product per order

If you need to place a bulk order or are ordering for business or resale purposes, please contact our team to discuss options.

Tracking and delivery preferences

• On the day of delivery, DPD will provide a 1‑hour delivery window so you know when to expect your parcel. This is a best-guess estimate and this service may not always be available depending on your location.
  
  
• Once your order is despatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order on our website or in the DPD app in real time.
  
  
• Using DPD’s app or website, you can set delivery preferences if you won’t be in, including:
  • Leave in a preferred safe place
  • Deliver to a neighbour
  • Deliver to a local pickup shop (where available)
    
    
• If you need extra support (for example, due to accessibility issues), you can use the DPD app or website to let your driver know if you need more time to answer the door or require any other assistance.
  
  
• Help drivers find you: Add delivery notes or upload a photo (e.g. of your entrance or driveway) in the DPD app. This is especially helpful for remote locations or if you've had delivery issues before.
  
  
• If you have a subscription with us, you can adjust the date of your next order in the subscription portal to choose a day that suits you. Subscriptions are normally processed on the morning of their scheduled date, so they'll arrive the following day (except in the areas noted above).
