Grain free dog food is often the first thing owners try when a dog shows signs of a food sensitivity, such as loose stools, excess wind, itchy skin or recurring ear trouble. Our grain free recipes are built around freshly prepared meat and fish ingredients, using easily digestible carbohydrate sources like potato and sweet potato in place of grains, with no wheat, dairy or soya.
True food allergies in dogs are rare, affecting somewhere around 0.2% to 2% of them. Most cases are sensitivities rather than allergies, and these tend to settle down when meals are predictable, the ingredient list is short, and any new food is introduced slowly over seven to 10 days.
If you want to strip things back further, our Just 6 recipes use only six key ingredients each, with one main meat or fish ingredient per recipe. Our Superfoods recipes are grain free too, in both dry and wet, with added spinach, sweet potato and seaweed. Everything is made in our own Yorkshire factory, in dry kibble or wet trays, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Browse the full grain free range below.
